1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the iTechSmart platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

iTechSmart provides a Unified Autonomous IT Operations (UAIO) platform that detects infrastructure incidents, performs AI-assisted triage, and executes policy-gated remediation with immutable audit receipts.

3. Autonomous Operations Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The platform executes actions ONLY on infrastructure explicitly authorized by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for granting appropriate access permissions and for all consequences of authorized actions.

iTechSmart operates under a Manual → Approval → Autonomous progression. Customers control the autonomy level at all times.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled per our refund policy. Free tier users are subject to usage limits.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data only as necessary to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTechSmart Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
